Med red-eval: You added a medication and your symptoms are worse not better, it is really important you talk with your prescribing doctor. Try tracking your symptoms and stressors with standardized checklists (e.g., yale-brown) to share with your doctor. If other stresses have increased, symptom increase may not be the meds. Strongly consider adding cognitive-behavioral therapy to your tx plan, it'll help!
