What can i take/do to dry up my sinuses quickly after having the flu to get rid of a post-nasal drip caused cough without seeing a doctor?

Depends: If you don't have an allergic condition, you may well have a sinusitis infection if these symptoms have gone on for more than 10 days. Try saline irrigation to see if it helps. If not, you will need to see a doctor.
