Lorazepam: Is excreted in Urine. It's half life is 14 hours. Takes about 6 half lives to clear from the body. That's about 4 + days but everyone has their own metabolism. So the short answer is " who knows". There would be no problem if this were your prescription or you were not under some order not to take it.

Yes likely: Hello Yes if you took 3 0.5 mg of Lorazepam taken last Thursday should be out of your system by Tuesday. The usual half live of Lorazepam in a healthy person is about 14 hours. So by Tuesday you should have gone through 8.5 half lives. If you did not take any more Lorazepam than only 0.39% of the original amount should remain. But you should not be taking more lorazepam than you were prescribed
