Call his physician: The infection tends to make the blood sugar go out of control. Blood sugars in the 400-500 could be dangerous. Contact his physician.

Very High Glucose: He has an infection and his Blood Sugar is rather too high.We don't know what medicine oral/injectable/insulin he is on.Call the Doctor or take him to the ER asap
