A month back i had a skin irritation & infection on penis glans, doc prescribed a cream fucidin h, to be applied directly on the glans, an antibiotic tablet cefix 400mg. 3rd week on medicine, slow improvement. doc say to circumcise. please advice?

Without more information, it is hard to know what he is treating, although it does sound as if he is on the right track. If the foreskin can easily be fully retracted, then a circumcision is optional. However, if it is tight and does not retract, I agree that a circimcision is required.
