I think i might be lactose intolerance. how would i know if i really am?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Milk=indigestion: Hello Melissa Lactose intolerance is a common issue with many people. It is due to not having the enzymes to break down the lactose sugar found in milk. If you can't break down lactose it begins to ferment inside you and gas builds up leading to cramps, bloating and flatulence. If you drink milk and then shortly after start to experience cramps, bloating and flatulence you might be intolerant.
