A member asked:

I never really liked milk in the first place. do i have a lactose intolerance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Lactose intolerance is different. Your body physically can't digest it. You just don't like milk. That's fine. You don't need it after early childhood anyways. It has no necessary nutrients that you can't get from other healthier options.
