Wrong dates: If you have 27 day cycles and had menses on the 8th, your cycle dictates next bleed on Feb 3rd, not Jan 20th. If you are ever concerned about a scenario like this, do a pregnancy test.

Plan B can: affect your periods. Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
