Pregnant or not??: From the history you give it's very unlikely that you are pregnant. The best way to check for sure is a blood test for the beta chain of human chorionic gonadotropin. You can have your doc order it.

Yes: Plan b can cause bleeding a few days after taking it and can throw your period off. But do a pregnancy test to make sure if you are pregnant or not. See doctor about getting on a maintenance birth control method.
