Don't worry: Birth control pills, when taken properly are 99% effective. Adding the morning after pill only increases that number. The morning after pill can definitely delay a period, so i wouldn't worry, even if you have no period this cycle. Start your next pack on time as scheduled even if you don't get a period. And just because of that missed period, check a pregnancy test 14 days after condom broke.

Plan B could be the: cause. Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). ,Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
