My ears have been clogged up for 3 weeks now i just got off antibotics and i take allergy shots twice a week but thats not helped my ears at all help?

ETD lasts awhile: Can't diagnose, but sure sounds like you have eustachian tube dysfunction following an recent upper respiratory infection. Shots would only help indirectly, for respiratory allergies, so don't give up with those. ETD can take 6-8 weeks to take weeks more, sorry. Decongestants, nasal steroids (like Nasacort (triamcinolone) OTC) and if you can talk your doc into a short course of oral steroids, might work.
