Ears clogged: Valsalva maneuver. Avoid smoke, alcohol, airway irritants. Zyrtec work a try. Short course of prednisone works on some allergic Eustachian disease. Steroid spray usually ineffective. See ENT if does not clear up in 7-10 days, or if pain, significant hearing loss
