A member asked:

My daughter seems to have a seizure every 6 weeks but is fine right afterwards , what could be the problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Needs better control: 100% control could conceivably be attainable with such infrequent events, and would check her meds and maybe adjust dosing, add on different med or switch off an older med to a newer one. There may be some hormonal provocation here, but too tough to handle with hormonal therapy, and easiest to find best anti-seizure drug approach.
