Can i still get pregnant with follicular cyst on both my ovaries?

For sure: In fact you "can't " get pregnant WITHOUT follicular cysts, all of your eggs (oocytes) are in the follicles. Good wishes.

Follicle cysts: Eggs develop in follicle cysts so they are necessary in order to get pregnant later in the cycle when they have matured and you ovulate. Each cycle several eggs will start developing. On becomes the dominant follicle and ovulated. The others just regress and go away. Hope this helps.
