Very likely: A 2 cm cyst on your ovary is usually normal. If you are ovulating(releasing eggs) then you will have a small cyst every month that will rupture and release an egg. This size cyst usually means that you are ovulating and likely could get pregnant.

If sexually active: If you are sexually active, you can get pregnant. The ovaries make cysts and pop them to release eggs as part of the normal ovulation cycle. Seeing a cyst could be normal or it could be abnormal, but it usually does not interfere with the ability to conceive ( get pregnant ).
