Pregnancy: Pregnancy over the age of 45 is rare. It is true that some women can get pregnant over the age of 50 but this is unlikely. The incidence of miscarriage and fetal abnormalities increase dramatically. The oldest recorded woman who became pregnant was 66. This was accomplished with in vitro fertilization. The oldest mother who became pregnant naturally was 59.
