Possible but may: Require intervention. Fertility drops markedly with age. The long interval between periods may be an indication of impending menopause. If you are serious about having a baby, at your age, please consult a fertility specialist as soon as you can. Also note that there is greater risk of "birth defects" and complications for the mother during pregnancy with advancing age of the mother.
