Migraine help: Although you may find it strange to have such bad migraines at such a young age, there are many migraine sufferers who have them younger. In cases like yours, patients are usually placed on a preventative agent taken daily to reduce the pain, and an acute agent (ie a triptan ie imitrex) to take when the headache comes. You likely also have rebound/medication overuse headache from the ibuprofen.

Too little info: It is impossible to answer such a broad question with such little information. Migraines come in myriad forms, are not fully understood, and have any number of causes and influences. They are very personal to each individual. You will only get help for you by seeing a doctor who can help you figure out your migraines based on your health, activities, history, etc. Please see a doctor. Good luck.

Treat neck muscles: My theory chronic neck muscle spasm, femaleness & large breasts. Often migraineurs carry head slightly tilted one side (seen driver lic photo) & tug bra strap onto lower shoulder. Superior trapezius thicker & spastic higher shoulder side. Treat by rid of spasm. Heel lift low shoulder side, massage, aquatherapy, rhomboid development (military posture), acupuncture & less shyness breast display.
