Am i alright? i feel like i'm running a fever an had diarrhea this morning and afternoon, i also feel fatigued but it isn't severe, and a migrane.

Viral illness: Beyonce, this sounds like a viral illness. It will most likely pass within several days. Rest, drink fluids, and take acetaminophen or ibuprofen as needed. If you develop severe abdominal pain or uncontrollable vomiting, go see your doctor. Hope this helps!

Probably?: You probably have viral illness. Migraine does not cause fever and doubt diarrhea but could cause nausea. Watch for blood in stool, severe abdominal pain, fever > 101; or if lasts longer than 48 hours without improvement then see a doctor. Otherwise stay hydrated.
