BMI: Your Body Mass Index is calculated by dividing weight (kilograms) by height (meters) squared. A BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered a healthy weight. BMI of 25-29.9 is overweight. Obesity is defined as BMI over 30 and morbid obesity is BMI 40 and above. You can calculate your BMI based on your height and weight.
