Does the amplitude of your pulse and your heart rate change if you were dehydrated?

It may: Because less blood is getting back to the heart, stroke volume is less (lower amplitude) and the pulse speeds up. It's not spectacular unless the dehydration is severe.

I am 27 year female. As part of my pre employment medical test, I went for ECG that said low QRS amplitude and RS inversion area bw v1 and v2. The report said probably abnormal ECG. Is it a reason to worry? I have no heart ailment history?
