Psychological health: rests upon brain health, which is a BIG part of your body. Whatever you put in your body affects brain tissue, hence how your psychology functions. Zillions of studies show that unnatural food additives can be harmful. Here's where a lot of research is indicated. Big picture: Dr. Griggs may well be right. But examining diet is only one factor in trying to improve emotional well-being and performance in life. A person in an abusive relationship or dysfunctional home situation needs help escaping, rather than to be told to "eat right". Serious mental illness requires psychotherapy and/or medication; "diet cures" may be less helpful than just staying physically fit.
