DOSEAGE A BIT LOW: Topamax (topiramate) dosing for migraine works best at about 50 mg twice daily and higher. It is quite effective at 200 mg twice daily, but side effects may limit tolerability. Discuss with your doctor what dose constitutes initial goal and titrate upwards, if too many adverse events, could use a different preventative med, and plenty of other choices.
