See cardiology: See a cardiologist and discuss with them, there may or may not be a simple solution. Preferable to see eps cardiologist or electrophysiologist who's expertise is electrical activity and rhythms of the heart.

See an EP: Your list is long, and i'm not sure what is meant by "observe svt"... Also, sounds like you have a medical background? Remember, with a normal echo, your prognosis is usually good. R on t pvcs are concerning only if "tight-coupled". Rec you see an electrophysiologist.
