Some suggestions: Stretching is important. Stretch before and after work. Drink plenty of water during the day. Maintain a healthy weight. Do not smoke. Do not drink more than one alcoholic beverage daily. Do regular aerobic exercise. Protect your back by using proper lifting procedures. Eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
