Not straightforwards: Since we neurologists do not clearly know the cause of most of our major illnesses, such as MS, Parkinson's, or Alzheimer's, we need to correlate data, and postulate. As a general rule, do aerobic exercise, avoid constant sitting, take vitamin D supplements, eat a healthy diet, avoid smoking and recreational drugs, and see a doctor regularly to prevent or treat ongoing medical issues.
