Eat less, Exercise m: There are but only two ways to lose weight. Most important is to reduce your food intake and avoid energy dense foods like full fat dairy and dairy products like ice cream and cakes and sugary drinks like fruit juices..(use water instead). Secondly eat lots of veggetables and fruits which can filling and allow your to cut out other foods like meats which are full of fat.Consult usda's myplate.Gov.

Go slow: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
