Natural: As we are bipedal creatures. But it really isn't much of a form of exercising.

Standing. : Standing still expends a minimal number of calories. So, no, this would not be an effective form of exercise. Brisk walking may be right for you, though. Say 30-45 minutes a day, five days a week? Low impact, not too taxing, but very effective.

It will burn more: calories than sitting, but unless you are physically compromised, is not sufficient to achieve a significant level of increased fitness.

Not Really: Standing alone is not a good from of exercise. Jogging or running is a much better way to loose calories and great fro the cardiovascular system.
