That's all we got: They are ok. It's tough when things are lumped together as preservative and the like. Generally foods that come from the ground or a tree or nature are best. If they are in a box, you have to rely on content and ingredients to make a decent decision.

Accurate: They are accurate but you have to know what the government allows. For example, gluten free, means it has less gluten in parts that the government decides is gluten free. It isnt 100% gluten free or devoid of gluten. The salt content, protein, carb and fat contents are accurate.
