Medical insurance: Won't and dental insurance is a joke at best. Depending on your plan your dental insurance might contribute a $1000-$1500 in total/per year depending on the extent of damage and the verbal ability of your dentist to get you coverage. Craze lines: Chemo and radiation may affect the salivary glands, but should not affect the makeup of your enamel. The cracks that you are seeing on the teeth are referred to as craze lines. They are common, even in individuals not undergoing chemo and radiation. I'd imagine the craze lines have appeared due to biting, chewing, and clenching forces. Or, you are just now noticing them.
