I have a temperature of 100.4 it keeps going up and down. along with constant diarrhea and vomiting. i have only vomited 2 times though. my body hurts?

This is common with simple self healing gut viruses. As long as you take fluids well enough to pee every 6 hrs & things gradually improve you can self monitor. Small frequent intake of clear fluids like gateraid and foods like apple sauce can sometimes settle your tummy. If you don't pee at least every 8 hrs & cannot hold anything down go get evaluated.
