Thin nail hydrate na: Thin the nail plate and hydrate the nail plate and nail bed with aquafor or similar ointment daily. Take biotin 2000 - 3000mcg daily.

If the root : Of the nail is damaged you may not be able to. You can have the toenail removed and see how the new one grows in.
