Pulmonary infiltrate: Whether or not you have a pneumonia likely to respond to a cephalosporin antibiotic is very questionable and would need more info to say for sure, but an infiltrate with a dry cough sounds more like an atypical pneumonia and this is not likely to respond to the antibiotic you have been given. If you are significantly symptomatic (fever, difficulty breathing, chest pain, etc.) see an ID doctor.
