Endometriosis: My wife had a degree of endometriosis and we have four children. Endometriosis can be controlled. If you do need a surgery the most common is a laprroscope. The gynecologist can ablate the tissue with a lazer. See a gynecologist.

Surgery last: Surgery is usually the last resort for endometriosis and involves removing the endometrial tissue that has migrated to other areas, causing pain and affecting fertility. This diagnois does not mean you will not be able to have children and if you are looking to get pregnant at this time it should not stop you. Make sure your prenatals have been on board for several months and no tobacco/ETOH.
