Yes, Allow recovery: Once you have recovered it is actually the best time to get pregnant. This is in part because the endometriosis is in check. Also, your tubes are usually working better because the endometriosis and scar tissue has been removed. Plus being pregnant usually stalls recurrent symptoms from the endometriosis almost inevitable return.
