Your symptoms suggest a Viral infection complicated by bronchitis. With COVID infections in our environment it becomes difficult to separate the symptoms of common cold, Influenza(Flu) and Covid infection. So you should go see your PCP and also get a Rapid Covid test done In a day or two.
