Work on stress/diet: Your blood pressures are not in the range to cause organ damage but they need to better controlled. Try lowering your stress by seeing a counselor or trying yoga or meditation. Regular exercise is also key in lowering stress and blood pressure. For you blood pressure also limit salt, caffeine and alcohol. If these things are not working for you then you may need to see a doctor for medication.
