34 lbs. 4y.o. given rx amoxicillin 250mg/5 sus 7.5 mls 2xs per day for ear infection. i mistakenly gave her 7.5 tsp for 3 days! what should i expect?

Incorrect Doseage: start her back on the correct dose. The only thing that could happen is his infection might not go away. I would make sure you take her back in after the antibiotics to have her ears checked
