Culture: Get the discharge cultured. It may not be another gonnorrhea infection, but needs evaluation and treatment if indicated. Also, if you haven't already figured it out, use barrier methods of venereal disease prevention.

Urology exam: I agree that you must be cultured and also have urine checked. I suggest cystoscopy and ureteroscopy to rule out chronic inflammation. CONDOMS are a must; howeve,r you must be treated until cured.

Good honesty: see your Dr, their may be a secondary infection that went undetected and untreated.
