Hello, i'm a 25 year old mother of one. i started implanon birth control about 6 months ago, 2 days shy of a week (full 7 days) i've been having some nipple discomfort. no discharge, just really sore. it started as both nipples now it's the left nipple.

Nipple pain: Nexplanon is a Progesterone only method so breast and nipple pain is not a side effect. There are a variety of over the counter nipple creams at any pharmacy since this is a common complaint in post partum women. If this does not solve the problem schedule a visit with your obgyn for an examination
