Occasional sore bottom with red watery discharge on toilet paper. diagnosed 6 years ago with hemeroids thru colonoscopy. should i be seen again?

Yes: Watery diarrhea may be related to local bowel inflammation that could also cause slight bleeding. However since this does not appear to have been re evaluated for six years the cause for symptoms may have changed. Internal hemorrhoids may now need treatment. Time for repeat exam.

Follow up: If you continue to have rectal bleeding, and you haven't been evaluated by a gastroenterologist for 6 years, it would be wise to follow-up just to make sure that hemorrhoids is the cause.
