Dizzy, sinus : Rhinitis medicamentosa is a fancy term for a reaction in the nose from using too many nasal sprays. When using multiple nasal sprays there is nasal stuffiness caused by rebound swelling of the mucosa when the decongestive effect of the drug has disappeared. Nasal congestion leads to dizziness. Ask your doctor to consider this.
