Not likely: Eustachian tubes drain the middle ears empty into the far back area where the nostrils meet the throat. Allergies cause these tubes to get clogged, and can result in fluid backing up into the middle ear, right next to the inner ear. This could cause balance issues, even dizziness, but usually not for months or years. Anxiety? Consider allergy medication side effects of decongestants, steroids.
