Sounds like a sinus: You may have sinus blockage and/or infection, which could be due to allergies. Anything unusual happening in your head makes you feel strange and possibly "low". Try your allergy medication, nasal sprays, apply heat packs to the "heavy" areas, inhale warm mist to try to let any trapped mucous out. Don't take anything containing aspirin. If you get fever or this lasts, see someone. Good luck!
