? piriformis strain: The piriformis is a muscle deep in the buttock that functions to assist in rotating the hip and turning the leg and foot outward. Sitting awkwardly and on a high bar stool might have been the precipitating factor. Heat, massage, avoidance of further strain and TIME will all help; it should resolve soon. The diarrhea is likely unrelated and simply related to too much alcohol. Take care:)
