Cyst/ectopic: There are many things that could cause this type of pain. It could be an ovarian cyst or even constipation. The most dangerous things would be and ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in fallopian tube) or appendicitis (usually with pain on right but rarely can be on left). If there is any chance that you are pregnant take a test and if pos. go to Emergency. If you have fever and vomiting see doctor asap.
