I have very intense pain in my lower left pelvic region. it hurts very bad and motrin has not helped at all. it also hurts even more with movement.

ER/UC clinic: today. This may be a ruptured ovarian cyst or intestinal infection. You will need blood testing and imaging with pelvic ultrasound and possibly a CT scan. If you are sexually active, you must be checked for an ectopic pregnancy. Please get examined immediately at the ER or local UC clinic.
