A Great Masquerader: According to dsm-v, symptoms of panic attacks may include "dizzy, unsteady, light-headed, or faint". In turn, panic may be associated with a number of anxiety conditions or exist as its' own disorder. So...It is possible that anxiety might present with light-headedness. Anxiety often presents with numerous physical symptoms that suggest some other neurological disorder...A great masquerader!
