Liver problem?: Typically a light or tan colored stool suggests a lack of bile. This often results after gall bladder removal, but not sure why you would have just noticed for the last week. Did you use any anti-diarrhea medicines (Pepto-Bismal)? Bile is produced in the liver, so if the change persists and light colored stool continues, see your doctor for evaluation/liver check.
