burning between breast, full feeling. went to er, gall bladder removed. now alot of gurgling sounds in stomach, constipation and shoulder pain. norm?

Probably ok: Constipation not uncommon after surgery. If surgery recent, and shoulder pain mild, may just be healing. Try gentle laxative like milk of magnesia or miralax (polyethylene glycol) for const. If shoulder pain severe or has been long duration, follow up with your surgeon.
